Enrique Dellvalle-Perez, 39, of Waterbury, was indicted by a federal grand jury in New Haven on March 24, 2026, on charges including possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut.

A traffic stop in Rockland County led to the arrest of a 20-year-old man accused of illegally possessing a loaded firearm.
The incident happened just before 9:40 p.m. on Friday, March 27, on Route 9W in West Haverstraw, the Haverstraw Police Department said on Saturday, March 28.

Detectives made the discovery while executing a search warrant at a residence on Ostrander Place on Tuesday, March 3, according to Schenectady Police.
