Most Expensive Homes Sold In Morris County In Last 30 Days
A $2.74 million house tops the list of most expensive homes sold in Morris County in the last 30 days, according to Zillow.
According to Redfin, home prices were up 10.8% compared to last year, in September 2024, selling for a median price of $665,000. On average, homes in Morris County sold after 20 days on the market compared to 21 days last year, Redfin said.
The most expensive homes sold were:
1. 4 Joanna Way, Chatham: Sold on Sept. 23 for $2.74 million.

Kay Escobar, Morristown Native, Activist Dies At 32
Kevin "Kay" Escobar, a Morristown native who advocated for immigration and racial justice, died on Thursday, Sept. 26, according to their obituary posted at the Cochran Funeral Home website.
