An 18-year-old who police say touched himself while asking a 70-year-old woman for directions has now been charged with making sexual advances to a 10-year-old boy, according to Nassau County. According to detectives, while walking on Gables Drive in Hicksville in the vicinity of Gables Road, 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, the 10-year-old was approached by an adult white man who was driving a light gray or silver four-door sedan.
