The FBI announced Tuesday, Dec. 2, it is offering a $50,000 reward for the arrest and/or conviction of a man accused of murdering a woman and her 6-year-old son in Maple Shade in 2017.
Nazeer Hameed, 38, is accused of murdering Sasikala Narra and her 6-year-old son Anish Narra, at their Hamilton Road home on March 23, 2017, Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia Bradshaw and Maple Shade Police Chief Christopher Fletcher announced last month. A 22-year-old man has pleaded guilty in connection with a shooting during an attempted car robbery in Orange County earlier this year, prosecutors announced.
Monroe resident John Selja Jr., age 22, pleaded guilty on Friday, Nov. 14, in Orange County Court to first-degree assault, Orange County District Attorney David M. Hoovler said. The plea stems from a May 6, 2025 shooting that left a man seriously injured.
